The relative density of the fluid

Sleep apnea is a disorder involving brief interruptions of breathing during sleep. Many patients who suffer from sleep apnea can benefit from devices that maintain a continuous positive airway pressure in their trachea. Part of this device contains a pressure sensor that can be used to monitor pressure during sleep. Since pressure changes are small, an inclined manometer is used. Determine the maximum angle θ if the pressure meter must be sensitive to 5 Pa changes in airway pressure. The inclined scale is sensitive to readings of 0.2 mm. Assume the manometric fluid is mercury (Hg), and the relative density of the fluid above the mercury is, σ = 1.2. [Hint: The sensitivity of the airway pressure (5Pa) results in 0.2mm reading in the inclined manometer.]
