Policing activities in the United States has examinable differences between the different ethnic and racial groups in the country. Research shows that the police service has historically developed in a way that delivers different services to the Black, Asians, the Whites, and the Native Americans. In this paper, the historical developments in the police force in relation to how it affects the current relationship between the ethnic and racial lines with the police force will be of focus. The relationship between the police and the minority groups in the country is different from the way it handles matters of the Whites and so do the way police handle and treat the different ethnic groups.
