Learning Outcomes:
The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with practice in systems analysis. To do this you require a range of skills and knowledge. That skill and knowledge covers both technical and human areas.

Background:
You have just been employed as a junior systems analyst in McWhirter Consultancy, a large world wide IT consulting company. You have been selected to work with a team of consultants with a company that intends to create a system for its customers. Your task is to work in a group to create a requirements specification document and to provide this to your boss.
Task:
Prepare a requirements specification. McWhirter, like many firms, has a standard template which you must use for preparing this specification (Microsoft Word template supplied separately). Assignment Template.doc
