Assignment: GIS Applications
The project is designed for you to collect or collate spatial information, analyze the spatial dimensionality of the data you collect, and provide a sound scientific examination of a spatial problem from start to finish. You will be expected to link at three or more spatial analytic techniques together to solve a spatial problem. You will be marked on the papers scientific merit in terms of framing the spatial problem, application of appropriate methods, data analysis, results and conclusions.
Your report MUST include the following key sections:

Description of question(s)/aim/objectives
Overview of approaches found within the literature

Analytic approach (include a flow chart)

Word count: approximately 3500 (but no more than 4000);
Font Size: 12 pt;
Font Type: Time New Roman;
Spacing: Single;
Alignment: Justified;
Headings: Use only 2 levels of headings -
Primary Heading (i.e. bold font and capitalize all words except conjoining words such as ‘and' ‘by' etc) and Secondary Heading (i.e. italic font and capitalize all words);
Tables/Figures/Maps: These should be listed in sequence; titles should be placed above the table/figure/graph; and, sources should be denoted below the table/figure/graph and in 10pt font:
