The product I would be interested in marketing is an energy efficient blender. I feel as though people would desire this product because of the quality of the product is high and therefore worth buying. The durability of the blender as well, and the cost friendliness of the blender in comparison to others in the market. My financial compensation would be for the labor and the design of the blender, which is approximately $15 per unit. The reason for my choosing of a blender is because blenders are a common household item that are always high on demand. Blenders that are energy efficient are attractive since they reduce power bills. Blenders are durable and one can therefore guarantee customers of a longer shelf life. The marketing mix I would use is advertisement and promotion. With the advertisement I portray the blender in the weekly ad of the retail stores it would be featured in. As another way to get customers attention, we can offer a “2 dollar off coupon” to help grab the attention of shoppers.
