The problem has been visualized that labor has been required for getting the work completed in almost all the areas where blue colored is employed. When companies have been taking out the services from the labor then it becomes their duty to even provide them the good compensation and the basic amenities so that they could easily work and remain satisfied working for the organization. In this report a discussion would be carried out on the four major key players that assist in enhancing effective labor management relations with respect to the labor market in Singapore.
