The prior case management system was over 20 years old. Many employees became resistant and did not want to learn the new system. Some methods we used to help others overcome the fear of change was by doing "demos" and "walk through" of the system. A walk through was basically a hands on demo of how an employee would accomplish everyday tasks in the new environment. This helped tremendously and we seem resistance drop by about 70%.
