Analyze three (3) of the most significant aspects of the task upon which the lesson plan will focus, and examine their importance to the organization's / department's function(s).
Analyze the relevant demographics of the intended audience for the lesson. Evaluate the intended audience's level of familiarity with technology overall.
Propose the training delivery modality that you believe would be appropriate for the lesson in question (e.g., instructor-led, classroom, asynchronous / synchronous distance, etc.). Provide a rationale for your response.
Ascertain the segment of the intended audience that is least likely to participate within the voluntary intervention for which you are developing the lesson plan. Next, select one (1) appropriate model of participation, and develop core strategies geared toward ensuring that the needs of the segment in question are addressed.
Discuss two (2) major shortcomings of andragogy, and propose two (2) corresponding strategies that you will include within the lesson plan in order to address the discussed shortcomings.
Assess the degree to which the members of your intended audience are self-directed in their learning overall. Suggest the manner in which their self-directedness-or lack thereof-may affect the likelihood that they would attend the training, and devise two (2) strategies geared toward addressing the suggested effects.
Use at least five (5) reputable Websites and scholarly articles for this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and similar Websites do not qualify as quality resources.
