The molecular weight of a compound can be determined by proton NMR. The NMR spectrum of an unknown compound revealed that the compound had a total of six hydrogen atoms. A solution was prepared that contained 1.50g of the unknown and 1.45g of 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene as a reference compound. The integration of the NMR spectrum for the mixture gave 421 area units for the 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene peak and a total of 1240 units for the unknown. Calculate the molecular weight of the unknown.
