The Mechanical Engineer/Specialist shall prepare Material Requisitions for all required mechanical material and equipment. The format for all requisitions shall be in accordance with WorleyParsons Procurement Material Requisition (MR) documents. The Mechanical Engineer shall contact Procurement to establish if a job specific electronic MR document for use on the Project is required. On small projects, WorleyParsons Procurement may not be utilized, as this work may be performed by the Project/Mechanical Engineer/Specialist, or by the Client. The WorleyParsons standard Procurement Requisition shall also be utilized in this case. Material Requisitions shall be prepared in accordance with the Procurement Procedures and the following procedures as described in section 4.8. The Mechanical Engineer/Specialist has overall coordination responsibility for all MR's for which he was the originator.
