A tank truck carries a cargo of liquid which fills 2=3 of the tank (Figure 3). The tank is open to the atmosphere. If the truck moves along a circular curve (with radius R) at constant speed U, calculate the maximum velocity that can be achieved before the liquids starts spilling out of the tank.
