Soapy machine company makes washing machines. Over the phone, Soapy offers to sell APLUS + Appliance Outlet 100 model EZ2000 washers at a price of $150 per unit, Soapy Machines says that it will keep the offer open for 90 days. A Plus+ receives, notice that the offer for the $150 machines is withdrawn. A plus+ files a lawsuit against Soapy.
