Question: module 7 dq 2 response to instructor
The interactions are important sources of data to help understand what type of repertoire takes place that leads to patient satisfaction, particularly by his/her interactions with the physician. When you think about possible codes, it is always important to trust the research and find out what has been used in the past (keep the same nomenclature to describe the same quality characteristics that define patient satisfaction). Can you identify a research study that has used a similar approach and studies a similar issue and share with us what codes were used and how these apply to the current investigation?
