The Innocence Project Organization helps innocent people who are in prison due to DNA testing and are process unfairly and unjustified within the constitutional of the United States. The organization was founded 1992 (at Cardozo school of law) by Peter Neufeld and Barry Scheck. The innocence project help in the case of "Kirk Bloodsworth" started in 1984. He arrested for the murder and rape of a nine years old girl named "Dawn Hamilton." He sentenced to die for the crime he never committed. This event occurs in Baltimore, Maryland when Kirk Bloodsworth was 23 years old and he was Caucasian.
