The increased complexity of roles and increased interactions among many different people has led to some workplace concerns regarding the influence of diversity on individual and group effectiveness.
In the Center for Creative Leadership's report, "Managerial Effectiveness in a Global Context", authors of Chapter 5 focus on how experience with diversity influences social behavior in global organizations as well as in perceptions of managers' effectiveness.
