Part 2
The focus will be on more recent and more specifically American history. The readings explore how competition has affected technological innovation as we consider the first computer and several other inventions.
1. How our brains work and how they explain nature determines what we think and how we see the real world. Explain how our brains influence our perceptions and what we perceive as the "truth" about the natural world. Note examples of how different eras have explained the truth as they perceived it.
