LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PLAN
PURPOSE
The commitment to a personal Leadership Development Plan (LDP) affords each student an opportunity to explore the realm of leadership, assess his/her own strengths and challenges as potential or burgeoning leaders, and embark upon a self -development plan to continuously improve leadership capabilities.
The development plan and subsequent application thereof, is potentially the single most important opportunity and lasting legacy of this course.
Students are expected to fully embrace this opportunity for self-improvement and increased added value to their profession, community, and/or family.
