Modeling food webs We mentioned how ABM can be used to describe food webs. However, these models are often written as an aggregate description. Imagine a model where instead of individual wolf and sheep there is simply a description of how wolf populations and sheep populations increase and decrease. In addition, imagine that there are many more species described, like the grass, insects, and birds. The description of how all these animals predate on each other is called a food web. Is this still an agent-based model? Please explain your answer.
