The conflict management will be a process enacted when conflict is recognized and perceived to be a detriment to operations.
You will draft a series of steps that will best enable you to resolve the conflict for the most benefit.
Apply your plan to an organizational conflict you experienced or to a case study researched in the library or on the Internet and analyze the possible results of enacting the plan.
As a part of your analysis:
Identify symptoms and indicators
Identify emotional aspects [if left unresolved] and effects on workplace performance
Identify possible alternative outcomes
Identify roles
Identify resolution strategies
The scenario should be related to your field of interest, such as a restaurant scenario for food service concentration.
