The company is presently operating under two different business models. Is managing two different business models too much to handle? What are the benefits and drawbacks of staying in both businesses?
I do not think that managing two business models is too much for them to handle. It might be a lot of work, but I get the impression that they really enjoy doing it. Each business model presents a completely different type of consumer market. This expands their market share and revenue greatly. The downside to this is that they have to hire more individuals to perform the personalized fishing for each customer.
