The case study is about a supervisor name Gillespie who ignore derogatory remark made by an employee name Olson towards the women in the workplace. One of the women name Lowe complaint to the supervisor. He brushed off her complaint and said to ignore him. Lowe quit her job a few weeks later and brought harassment charges to toward the company.
