A medical test for a certain disease is known to have sensitivity 98% ( probability of giving positive result to a carrier of the disease) and 92% specificity ( probability of giving negative result to a non-carrier of the disease). 4% of the population carries the disease. If an individual tests negative for the disease find the probability that the individual is not a carrier of the disease.
