Teacher leadership
It is assumed by many that leadership in education is confined to schools principles or advisers.
But as I read about the leadership, I found that teachers, students or even parents could be leaders too. In general, leaders are people who are do the right things, or who always try to change some specific policies or practices that they may think they do not work, or they need to be improved. For example, a teacher could be a leader when she/he notes there is a teaching practice does not help students to be engaging in the classroom, or does not help them to improve in specific skill.
In this case, the teacher is the leader to take this problem into account and try to change this ineffective practice to find a good alternative one that helps to improve students' skills.
