TB Manufacturing Limited is a well-established company specialising in the manufacture and supply of a wide range of machinery and accessories, both throughout the United Kingdom and internationally. Their Chief Executive has become increasingly concerned with several aspects of the employer/employee relationship within the organisation.
He has therefore contacted you as a Management Consultant for ideas has to how this situation can be remedied. He feels that you as an outsider to the firm can present your ideas on a wide range of problems, including the processes and procedures involved in people management, the working relationships which should exist within a business organisation, the methods of managing and developing human resources and the question of industrial relations and legislation within an employment relationship.
