Problem: Please comment on this personality type
Taking the personality test I found out: Personality Type: Defender (ISFJ)Communication Style: friendly and supportive, as well as practical and to the point Teamwork: build relationships with colleagues to help a workplace run more smoothly; struggle with colleagues that will take advantage of not being able to say no and taking on extra work; need to learn to set boundaries Conflict: when it comes to conflict i'd rather avoid it at all cost; will take on the burden if a conflict arises thinking it was my fault and i should have done something to prevent. I personally agree with most of the info that defines the defender personality type for me, but I will say that when comes to conflict I think the best way to resolve is to work together and figure out a solution.
