Take a global organization from you experience or research a global organization. Explain the international strategy and structure that organization developed when globalizing. Refer to the strategies and structures that are found within chapter 13 of your textbook. Make sure that you explain show these strategies and structure and how they helped the organization remain competitive nationally and internationally. Be sure to provide references/citations and to respond at least two of your classmates. Submission: Our discussions are a valuable opportunity to have thoughtful conversations regarding a specific topic. You are required to provide a comprehensive initial post with 3-4 well-developed paragraphs that include a topic sentence and at least 3-5 supporting sentences with additional details, explanations, and examples. In addition, you are required to respond substantively to the initial posts of at least two other classmates on two different days.
