Assignment Task: Using Internet resources (which do not include Wikipedia, Continuing Education courses, editorials, articles from popular magazines, etc.), gather information on the QI topic « Surgical site infections including colorectal and/or hysterectomy » and make an annotated bibliography. There should be a minimum of 3 references utilized, although more references would be comprehensive. The sources you utilize should be from professional peer-reviewed journals and be no more than 5 years old. There is a sample of an annotated bibliography attached to this module. For each reference listed in the bibliography include: (1) Article information properly formatted (2) Brief synopsis of the information contained in the article. (3) How does this information differ from current practice?
