1. Suppose that we had a single data point (settled judgment), namely that killing the innocent intentionally is at least usually wrong (= usually or always wrong). Select two theories from among those of Bentham, Mill, Kant, Aristotle, and Aquinas. Then, (1) Construct a valid argument (number your premises) that one of them is superior to the other; (2) defend any controversial premises (i.e., premises that are not obviously true); (3) in the course of your essay be sure to address the requirements of moral theory (fit, rationale for judgment, etc.)-doing so will not necessarily require a separate section since these should probably figure in your treatment of (1) and/or (2).
