Suppose Neo works for Jimmy John's in Olympia at the Westside location and is sent out on a lunchtime delivery to SPSCC. He gets the delivery done in record time and decides to stop by OMG medicinal marijuana on his way back and pick up some marijuana. He then drives to his friend's house in Shelton- to relax and smoke a joint. Unfortunately, he hits a car on the way back to the store but drives on and does not stop.
