Summative Assessment Project -
Prepare a meeting plan to ensure that all the preparations for the meeting scenario below will be correctly organised. Your plan must be detailed to include all arrangements for the meeting, including timeframes for making the arrangements. Refer to organisational policies and procedures, justify your decisions and explain how you will record and store meeting documentation.
You will need to submit draft copies of relevant documentation, eg. Notion ring, Agenda and Meeting Checklist.
Scenario:
A management meeting for 12 section managers is due to be held one month from today commencing at 9.30 am and finishing at 4.00 pm. You will chair the meeting.
The meeting is usually held in the boardroom at the company's offices but this room is unavailable. You will need to make alternative arrangements.
Two of the managers will be coming from interstate to attend in person, while three will participate via teleconference.
A guest speaker will show a video and talk on technological changes for the coming year.
Morning tea and Lunch will be catered for on the premises.
In the afternoon, the participants will divide into three groups to develop ideas and consider their strategic needs for the upcoming year.
