Assignment:
Your assignment is to produce a 2-page, double spaced summary of a scientific journal article that focuses on some aspect of an invasive species. The research paper must not have been published prior to 2009. Your summary should consist of four paragraphs, one for each of the major sections of the paper (Intro, Methods, Results, Discussion).
Also, the research must have been conducted in an area where the species is considered invasive. For example, nutria (Myocastor coypus) are native to South America but invasive in Louisiana. Research that was conducted on nutria in Louisiana is appropriate, but research done in South America is not. This would also apply to species that are native to one part of a country but invasive to another (Hint: most often there is a section in the Methods that describes the study area and where the research was done.)
