Assignment Task:

Exercise Journal/Log your assignment is to compile an exercise journal/log for at least six weeks. General requirements for the assignment: 1. You will include the results of your fitness assessments. You will summarize your fitness goals based on the fitness evaluation you have completed so far in this course. Label them short term goals (for the next six weeks) and long term goals (after the class is completed). 2. You will describe in writing why you chose the activities that you have chosen for your fitness program. This should relate to your current fitness and body composition assessments. 3. You will then have a record of your fitness routine. You will log your routine using different charts for each fitness component and a daily journal. Make sure you include a chart for each of the three components. 4. You will write a summary of what you experienced during this six -week period. 5. In your summary you will include what was fun, what you had trouble with, and if you were able to accomplish the goals you set out for yourself. 6. Your program should include these fitness components: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, low back exercises, and flexibility.
