You interviewed a manager. She has a style where she like to promote and build her team, She not a micro manager. She treats each employee fair and see potential in each. She wants her team to have all the trainings and tool to be successful. She gauges them yearly on performance base on job knowledge and teamwork. She uses a scale, under expectations, meets expectations or exceeds expectations.
Write a 700 to 1,050 words paper in which you:
i. Analyze the interviewee's responses. (use info above)
ii. Summarize what you learned from your interview.
iii. Explain how you would apply what you learned into your own leadership responsibilities.
iv. Distinguish the differences between management and leadership.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
