a. Situation. Summarize the decision situation.
b. Decision Processes. Describe the decision process that was used. Which of the four types of decision processes described in the text was closest to the process used on the decision.
c. Decision Quality. Identify when the decision was made, i.e., Oct 2010. Assess the six elements of decision quality at the time the decision was made.
d. Decision Outcome. What has been the outcome of the decision?
