Is there a difference in ethical behaviors and per ceptions between men and women? Will the ethics of the business community improve now that women are increasingly integrated into the work force? In some related form, these questions have been posi tioned as a cornerstone of scholarly inquiry for those interested in the connections between individuals' biological sex and their ethical perceptions and behaviors (e.g., Robin and Babin, 1997; Gilligan, 1982).
