Recent Events on OB: Every day there are events in the news about organizations, the workplace, and employees. You need to find a current news item on OB related topic from any reliable news outlet published after December of 2022. Pay particular attention to articles in the business or career section of the newspaper. I recommend not to choose a short article; a short article with limited content may limit your ability to prepare your paper.
1. Introduction: Summarize of the news article in your own words and then connect it with the ONE key topic that you want to discuss in your paper. need two hundred word length
2. Conceptual Discussion: Conceptually discuss your picked OB topic using text, lecture, and other relevant readings. need five hundred word length.
3. Analysis: In this section, you need to critically compare between the content/arguments presented in the news article and your course learning. Is best practice being followed when you compare the practices followed (in the event as reported in the news article) to course learning? Do you agree or disagree with what you have learned in the course and the practice(s) represented in the news article? Why or why not?
