Assignment
There are two parts to this assignment:
1. Food diary: 5 days worth
2. Summary: Summarize in one-two paragraphs your experience on the food diary. Really focus on your calories of what was consumed versus what is recommend.
Using the above form to fill in the data for your food diary. This assignment is designed to evaluate our eating habits. You will need to keep a 5 day journal of all that you eat and drink by filling out the attached form. Use food labels on the back of foods to get the "nuts and bolts" of what we intake from our daily diet. Please, no one go on a diet during this assignment. If unable to locate the foods: calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat, use refer to the food label or look the food product online. At the end of each day, you will need to add up the totals of each column.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
