A. Summarise the organisational policy and procedure framework used to evaluate the chosen functions
B. Summarise organisational ethical parameters (limits, variables, responsibilities, personal morals) used to evaluate the chosen functions
C. Provide overviews of:
a. The strengths and weakness of HR function-pecific JKL policies and procedures in light of research outcomes
b. The levels of legal compliance (or lack thereof) in the function-specific policies and procedures
c. The levels of adherence to organisation-specific ethical codes or guidelines evidenced in delivery and performance of functions and processes.
