Sulfuric acid is added to potassium permanganate. Then hydrogen peroxide is added. Identify the product. Complete the redox reaction and balance it under acidic conditions.
MnO4- + H2O2= ?
This is the equation I come up with: MnO4- + H2O2 = Mn{2+} + O2
Where do I go from here (using the 1/2 reaction method)? I can't figure out how to get this equation to balance.
