Set II: Supreme Court in Gonzales v Oregon (2006) (6-3) subsequently declined to permit Attorney General to enforce drug violation action against Oregon Physicians providing lethal amounts of sedatives or analgesics to patients under Oregon Death with Dignity Act. Explain the relationships and dissimilarities in these two case sets. Write down the courts’ main concerns in two case sets?
