Think of a “change experience” that you have had. This does not have to be the one used in your Personal Case assignment. Choose one of the principles listed on (External environment, expressing the need, consequences, resistance, change leader role) that stands out to you as most significant for that experience. How did it work? What can you say about that principle in terms of the success or failure of the change?
