Article Review:
Students are expected to find an article from a scholarly journal, newspaper or industry magazine (NOT AN INTERNET BASED ARTICLE - FROM THE LIBRARY or OTHER SOURCES get instructors approval) related to new trends in foodservice industry, lodging or travel & tourism industry. Students will turn in a 2-3 page double-space written report (along with the copy of the original source) including:
- A one 6-7 line paragraph summary of the article.
- Possible outcomes of that particular trend.
- How will such a trend affect the development of the industry?
- Do you agree or disagree with the article?
- Learning Experience (How will you use this knowledge in the future)
- What may be the implications of that trend in the future
