List nominal income statement data similarly in tab 2 (called IS), balance sheet data in tab 3 (called BS), cash flow statement data in tab 4 (called CF), ratios in tab 5 (called Ratios), and peer firm ratios in tab 6 (called Peer Ratios). The create a common sized and indexed statement below the nominal income and balance statements - where common sized income statements report each account as a percent of revenues for that year (common size balance sheets report each account as a percent of total assets for that year), and indexed statements report each account year observation as a percent of the first year's account value.
