Problem: When i look into structuring the perspective company i would focus a lot of my business around the supply chain manger to start. Secondly i would work towards building a stable buyers group to work on getting the contracts in order and managing the suppliers in use. after the buyer, i would look into the best engineering and marketing team to push the goods out to the public and get the most traction to the business. Typically, the best process would be to use the least amount of capital for the most amounts of gains.
