c.What do you consider to be the strengths of the Reputation Lens? Its weaknesses? How might people use strengths to better their own workplace? How might they use the weaknesses to detract from workplace effectiveness?
d.Cite and describe an example in the recent news of a company whose reputation has either been very positive or very negative. What aspects of the Reputation Lens have been applied and how effectively?
