(b) The three major management styles which belong to the classical management movement are as follows:

• Bureaucratic Management
• Administrative Management
Explain all the three (3) management styles one by one. Elaborate your answer by referring to at least one management researcher or scholar who put forward each of Management Styles and show the strengths and weaknesses of each of these management styles.
