Strategies for teaching ethical decision


A researcher is investigating the effects of two strategies for teaching ethical decision making to new employees. The first strategy (Training) consists of periodic training sessions to teach and review techniques for making ethical decisions and the second strategy (Role Playing) consists of playing out real-life scenarios and case studies during training sessions. The researcher wants to know which method is best for increasing new employees' ability to make ethical decisions.
