Strategic plan of the organization - Restaurant
The design and layout aspect of a restaurant is as a result of the objectives and strategic plan of the organization. The broader the objectives and plan, the more the requirements on design features. The food, clients and the cost should all aid in creating the restaurant scene through the layout. The design features should also complement each other. The features should not outstand each other in a way that would be misleading to a customer (Ryder, 2004).
