CLASSMATE'S POST:
In my line of work and especially within my organization, I think that clarifying your vision, also known as goal-setting is going to be very important piece in completing the mission. I believe that by identifying the specific objectives you are going to properly be able to analyze and plan everything needed to accomplish those goals. I think it's a process and once you have identified your goals and gave all the members of the team their roles in reaching these goals is when the strategizing begins, and it is going to take a collective team effort to reach the goals that have been set forth. Nothing can be accomplished or completed without first having a set goal of what you are trying to reach. This is ultimately going to be the initial phase in the planning process of trying to reach the goals that have been set forth which is why I feel that it is most important in the strategic planning process.
