What is your opinion of this statement of HR organizational resources? organizational development runs hand in hand with HRM, as the company grows and becomes strong it must rely on its HR personnel to provide the best fuel for the fire. putting the best qualified in place to take advantage of the resource available to capture the market. all it takes is one good o'le boy hired to sew the seed of failure. so it's up to HR to be there to stop any poor seeds from taking root and to feed the good ones to grow the company and the person into a better and smarter enterprise.
